Handbuilt car from Roaring Twenties Motor Car Company in Addison, Illinois.
New for 1992.
Based on  alu honeycomb tubulas frame with all independent suspension.
17 inch wheels, Blaupunkt elctronics.
Schubek Eagle engine , 0 litre dohc , plus 500Hp

They're really the same car; the Warlock was the early version before it was modified slightly at the front to become the Python.
So the red car puzzled is a Python, as Hermanoto said.  The black car is the Warlock.
