I'll take a guess that this is a Fritchle Electric, built in my home town, Denver CO. I passed by what used to be the factory just tonight.

Not a bad guess, but I already puzzled a Fritschle electric recently, so this is from a different company.

1913 Broc Carriage & Wagon, Cleveland (aka Broc) Model 36 electric double drive.
Original cost: $3200 or nearly $83k in today's money - Basically same as today's decent double motor Tesla S :)

The point is yours! Actually my sources indicate that it is a Model 31 Brougham, but it's certainly a 1913 Broc Electric, so you answered the original questions correctly.
