I know about a post at a very well-known coachbuilder-site, where this vehicle is reffered to as 'Delaunay Belleville Lion noir by Savary 1910'
But my -usually reliable- source tells another coachbuilder and year.
Delaunay Belleville is right
As I don't know, which one of the sources is right, a proof will be very welcome

1st proof: Only states, that a SIMILAR vehicle has been shown 1910 in Bruxelles
2nd proof: Please be so kind and check the text in your second proof carefully. I think, one part of the correct solution is hidden there

Indeed the 1910 truck has more modern headlights than your puzzle.
Can be a Delaunay Belleville " Lion noir "bodied by widow Peters around 1908?

To my (scarce) knowledge, Delaunay Belleville started production in 1903 and showed their automobiles the first time at the Salon Paris in 1904
My source says 1903 for production of this advertising vehicle

There is clearly something wrong with the year of release. The car is externally of a later period.
