I do not know the donor car too, only the builder's name and little information about the engine. Not 1950's

Sorry, 'D-type', but the question: "German one-off of the 1940s", describes exactly a car, only one time built in Germany, 1940-1949.
This isn't equivalent to three different questions:
1) German?
2) One-off?
3) Of the 1940s?

Anybody else on here would have replied "One-off but not German and not 1940s" or said "One question please". 
Saying a simple "No" gives the false impression that it is not a one-off

I hope, I described as clear as possible, what I understand by the question 'German one-off of the 1940s'. It describes exactly a car, only one time built in Germany, between 1940-1949. No more, no less.

In case I confused you, I will provide further hints:
1) It is British (not German)
2) It is a one-off
3) It is of the 1940s
4) I have no proper name for the car, but the name of the builder
5) I have little information about the engine of the car
6) I have another picture of the car, which I attached to this reply proudly
7) I will UNLOCK to give everybody a next chance to solve this puzzle soon

V8 Special by F. Holland of Derby. Bespoke tubular chassis. Engine, gearbox, and rear axle were from a Ford V8 30 hp. The car is 14.5 feet long with a wheelbase of 9.5 feet. The source is from 1949, so it was built sometime prior to that.
