Alfa Romeo 1750 (Type 105) modified into an ambulance by Officine Grazia from the city of Bologna. Grazie modified a few 1750 en 2000's in the nineteen seventies. The puzzle photo is however the 1750 livery.

Not sure what is intended with "Designation". When the location is meant there is no conclusive evidence as far as I'm aware, but the assumption is that this ambulance was used on a county in the provence of Belluno. If the "Designation" is intended as the specific type then it is "Type 105.48".

I used "designation" instead of "type", as the car was named by "Officine Grazia" like "fast ambulance" with Italian words. Now, I think, the solution will be very easy  ;)
