Australian Ford V8 Special?

fromwien

Yes, it is. LOCKED for you to find the right answer

FrontMan

I doubt if there's enough "ink" in my word processor to cover all the modifications! However, I think the puzzle picture is the Curran Ford special which later became the FLS, thereafter the MARCHEL, and, a mere forty years ago, the CWM Ford V8 Special. At various times it seems to have had extensive updates to the engine, it started life with Minerva brakes, and inherited Lancia Lambda and Jaguar bits and pieces from whatever scrap yard it happened to be passing. Like the proverbial executioner's axe;...five new heads and three new handles, but still the original axe!
