Struggling a little with translating Russian, this is the TGK-250 nicknamed after either a Russian Folk song (Chizhyk-Pyzhik) or the little bird which inspired the song (Siskin), either of which seems appropriate. The vehicle was a one-off, apparently designed by Evgeny Gurevich and built in 1971 at the Tula scooter factory with a fibreglass body and a 250cc engine.
