It already looks fast when stationary.
Manufacturer, type designation, body builder and year of manufacture? That's all we ask.

Yes, this racer is a Ferrari 250 LM version by Pininfarina. However, I have a different name for this variant.
Locked for you.

"Berlinetta Speciale Stradale" is the type designation I meant. And another point for you!

Have you been able to drive yet?
Unfortunately, not before he sold it. The only one of his cars I've had the opportunity to drive is the 1954 Ferrari 250 Europa Cabriolet (0311 EU):

One can get envious ;-)
It was along the entire route of 17 Mile Drive in Pebble Beach, California--beautiful scenery, but with little opportunity for 'spirited' driving.

Manny has now sold most of his cars, but I'm sure he would've let me drive any or all of them if I'd asked.

I consider myself extremely fortunate to have met and befriended so many fantastic people through the Ferrari community, many of whom have been quick to offer me the keys to their amazing cars. I've even been offered a standing invitation to drive the very first 250 GTO (3223 GT) whenever I happen to be in the area. But here we are 15+ years later and I still haven't taken the owner up on the offer. (What's wrong with me? :sigh:)
