This was a 1931 saunders sketch to show Hans Rohrbach,s idea of a midget car with motors in the wheels.I believe the Rohrbach was a 1948?

Very good found! Yes, it is a Rohrbach from 1948
Not a sketch, but a model shown at the 'Leipziger Frühjahrsmesse 1948'
