For a long time it was thought that there were none left, but one survivor was discovered a couple of years ago.  What is this?  Need builder and body constructor for a point.

Corbitt Motor Truck Co. Henderson, North Carolina who reputedly used either surplus 1934 model Auburn car sheet metal bodywork or obtained the no longer required dies to make the bodywork for their light trucks circa 1934 to 1936

...when the survivor is restored, it would be great to update the puzzle picture. I think its cargo is a Cletrac Model A, and there's a few of those left! :)
