No, although it looks like a Burlington, it's not one.

Eddisons auctioneers described it as a "Burton Dragon" on the cover of its 2018 catalogue, and that's the logo on the side, but it doesn't look like anything made by the Burton Car Company. Very curious.

Wow, very well found.

I don’t think it’s connected to the other Burton car company, but probably a home-built one-off. I spotted it at the excellent Vintage Stony Classic car event held on the streets of historic Stony Stratford on New Years Day. Another point to you.
