Appears to be a Toyopet SB, possibly modified for some specific purpose. For example, here is a nearly-identical SB that has been modified for use as an "Interactive Taxi":

But it's been locked now for nearly 2 weeks so if you don't want to have another stab at it I'll have to open it up again soon...

We've established that it is a taxi version of the Toyopet SB, so what is needed now is its full designation and its builder.

I'll take that as a typo barrett as we've already established that it's the taxi version of the SB (not the SD..) hence it's an SBX.
