Close enough, as the model's full name is the Subaru Leone Van Y10, the most rare and unusual badge-engineered variant of the Nissan Sunny AD Van. Another point to you, and here's a rear view.

I think it's the other way around as the Y11 has the extra side body rubbing strips according to the sale brochure, which the base Y10 model doesn't have.

The 1994-1998 Subaru Leone Van (Y10 series) is totally different from the 1999-2001 Subaru Leone Van (Y11 series) : see the pictures attached. The puzzle picture is definitely the sleeker Y11, while the rear view you've posted later is the blockier Y10.
