Hmm, a tricky one, as you clearly recognise the car but your details are not quite 100 percent, but too close for a Lock. If I could award you half a point I would, but as I can't, I'll give you the point, but also say that this was a personal project created by Fred Lanchester only (no George involvement), it was based a Mark 3 base (not Mark 7) and the registration number was OP 13, not OP 2, as below. However, you've got the point, and I'll now move it to solved.
