It's not a Mars but it is featured in the Schrader Encyclopedia and mentioned in Deutsches Autos. Maybe the engine had 12 PS.

It's a Schuricht and now I see that it's a 5/15 PS type

I should have had a closer look at the fence, but it looks so much different than the Schuricht photos I know (e.g. https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2010-38/grob-disc-1921-23-schuricht-kabriolett). Do you have any further information whether it is perhaps a racing version, or was it built for Schuricht's daughters?
