This is an aircraft stairs vehicle, but not from the UK. Any further ideas?

it's left hand drive and doesn't look like something Japanese so maybe somewhere in 'Australasia' ?

In the back I can see on the black panel Christchurch , seems to be in New Zealend, which lead me to  Hastings -Deering ? and using a Ford Anglia 105E engine ?

Spot on Smodmog, it is indeed a Ford Anglia 105E-powered Hastings Deering aircraft stairs, built in late 1959. Another point to you.
