This is the "Wind-Up", made by Perry Watkins. The smallest car of the world, with a bodywork from a kiddy toy car, the “Postman Pat” truck. With its 150cc- single-cylinder engine the road registered car reaches up to 40 mph. Its name origins from the giant wind-up key Mr. Watkins attached to the rear of the vehicle.
