Not a Vindicator as it’s not quite ugly enough!

Solely as an observation, it bears some resemblance to this Fiat 850 by Lombardi.

It is the Robin Hood Go (a.k.a. The Go), so you get the point.

I didn't ask what its mechanical base was, but I can reassure you 101% that it is NOT based on a Metro, as it used Ford Sierra running gear (as can be seen by the wheels). I can imagine why you referenced the Metro as Robin Hood also launched another model at the 1996 Donington Kit Car Show (where the Go debuted, and where I took this photo), based on the Austin, but it is not this machine.
