I think that it's a trailer built by HLR "remorque type HY"

It is indeed a trailer, mimicking a Citroën HY!

I had a closer look at my source, and at HLR. It seems that HLR is the actual company that produces the trailer, and my source is a company that sells them. And although I couldn't find a documented link between the 2 companies, it's obvious that it is the same kind of trailer.

So, long story short, one point for you
