Locked for you. Yes it is a Tempo Matador by FKF.
But I am still missing two numbers. One in the type designation and one for the year of manufacture.

Hey pguillem, these handful of Tempo Matador 1400 are supposed to have been the last buses built at FKF. When searching in various sources, I did not find any clear indication of the exact end of production. Therefore, I am deleting the year of construction from the question.
So now you get your well-deserved point.
