Obviously a special. What was it's name and base car?

It's base is an Austin Seven from 1932. Built by Mike Forrest (who incedentally was one of my lecturers at Loughborough). The 'Forrest Special' raced 750 formula for a few years and the vanished. It's funny but on all the photo albums and videos of the Austin Seven Centenery 'do' it never appears in full or filming stops before any detail shows.
