Oh good, I haven't seen that article yet and would love to find out a bit more about it. Other information I found state that Alfons was a young German chap who operated the ski-post at Freidorf when he built this. It didn't say when, but it was in operation in the early 1970s. It was fitted with an NSU engine at some point and had a maximum speed of about 20 mph and was steered by independant operation of the rear brakes.
