Others were Büssing-NAG, Famo-LHW, Faun, Hansa-Lloyd, Hanomag, Kaelble, Krauss-Maffei, MAN, and VOMAG.

No, there where more. But there is no confirmed data, only assumptions. Take a guess...
Yes, it was an attempt to enter the road tractor market, which was strongly dominated by the Hanomag SS 100.

I found a site with German vehicle production tables which shows K.H.D. vehicles greater than 90 PS: quantity of 2 in 1937 (and none later).  Is that what you are looking for?

Yes, let that be valid, this source is new to me. My sources speak of half a dozen to a dozen vehicles. More precise details are not documented. Deutz tried to participate in the growing market of road tractors with this model (Schnellschlepper), apparently without success. I assume that the Schell Plan put an end to these plans in the first quarter of 1939.
