I don't think so. In my opinion, the hairline, chin, nose, and ears don't seem to match up.

Chief designer, Rolls Royce from 1955 to 1969
There is a substantial biography on Wikipedia.
I spent ages, going through all italian designers..I was really convinced that
he was from Italy.
