Not a lot is known about this bus.
Chassis and route will be enough to earn a point.

As far as I know it does not belong to Narin brothers. But the place is correct.

It it a Cadillac chassis?
I know the Nairn company used them but I don't think they were six wheelers

Not a Cadillac and I think not Narin.
I am not 100% sure in source.

I found the picture in a 1927 article on the Nairn Transport Company and their desert bus service from Beirut to Baghdad via Damascus  It said their first six wheelers were made by the Six-Wheeler Company of Philadelphia.  Is that the name you are looking for?

I've located a source that confirms your answer. Apparently this was a Roll Royce coach provided by Le Compagnie Internationale des Wagons-Lits for the stage of the Taurus Express journey between Nusaybin and Kirkuk, which was without rail. I'm awarding you the point and marking this one as 'solved.'
