No, although this was one of the later cars built for this class.

BJR 500 built by Brian J Rowsellin in 1956 to race in Formula 3. It was powered by a JAP single cylinder 500cc engine and featured a relatively sophisticated tubular chassis, wishbone and coil suspension at the front and a swing axle at the rear. Brian competed regularly in it from 1956 through to 1960.

It's not unlike Brian Rowsell's JAP-engined BJR 500 of the late 1950s.
The more I consider the nature of speed, the more mysterious I find it.
