Yes Pitcairn is correct. But I have a different type designation and am still missing the year of manufacture.

Yes, it is a Pitcairn AC-35 from 1936 and so it's your next point.
A somewhat bizarre vehicle. In German, one would say "Weder Fisch noch Fleisch" (neither fish nor fow).
