This is a controversial car.  It is thought to be a rebody by Joseph Grose, Ltd. on a 1929/30 Phantom II chassis, but almost every detail is in dispute (except that it is a Phantom II.)

my reference to me tells me that it is indeed the coachbuilder Grose on a rolls royce phantom 2 base. Obviously you win the point marmer. While this is still a controversial car, I leave the header under Grose and let the experts at Auto Puzzle discuss and decide.
