Yes, and h e's just entering Conway Square in Newtownards, which was open to traffic in those days. The shop behind the boards is now a school clothing retailers. Just adding useless information  ;D.

Yes, it is Kaye Don with Lea Francis S Type Hypers at the RAC Tourist Trophy at the Ards Circuit. This race took place from 1928 to 1936 on this triangular circuit east of Belfast. He won the first race in 1928 and you in 2023 a puzzle point.
