An elegant little transporter.
Who made the body? When was it? What was the basis for the conversion? One point for all answers.

Based on Simca 1100 chassis and the year is 1967 I think

Yes it was built by Heuliez in 1967.
One source speaks of the Simca 1000 as the basis, according to another it was first the 1000 and then the 1100 Simca. I think that the surviving prototype is based on the Simca 1100. See also the photo of the interior, the front engine is clearly visible.
