This puzzle should be suitable for rookies. Manufactorer might be easy, but what's on with the precise type designation and the production period.

Henschel HS 140 is correct, but some data are still missing. Your production period is quite far from the right solution.

No. You have already correctly understood the system of type designation, only one letter was missing. To answer the two open questions, you should have a look at wheel-hub and cab.
