Do you know where this photo was taken? The licence plate is not from the UK. It seems to be a Nine model which was famous (or infamous)for its build quality, so it seems unusual for it to be exported with all the attendant higher costs.

I asked myself the same question and hesitated to post it on the site. I cannot give my source because other unsolved puzzles come from this source. but the name of the car was Clino and not Clyno. I think it's an error because Clino doesn't exist in my books or on the internet. The debate is open

I think the number plate is Australian.
