I've just noticed it is Right Hand Drive - is it from a country that drives on the left?

A Chenard & Walker Y8 1938 modified from Algeria ?
SACO appears to have found the correct answer. Offered for sale a few years back and described as follows: Chenard & Walcker Type Y8 "Tank" chassis, Citroën engine, bodied in Algeria, 1938. Just have to wait for Barrett to check back in.
