I'm puzzled on this one. I thought that first proto of GAZ-14 is the late 60s design. But production version that arrived only in 1976-77 should be based of second or third line of prototypes. Guess the problem is in lack of respected sources I can find in the web.

Late 60s protoypes were rather different from this. This one was built just before the final version and production start.
