The country is Isreal, and the car itself has been suggested to be a styling revamp of the 1963 Studebaker, possibly by the assembly plant, to give a fresh look to the 1967 cars. There's a slight resemblance to the Pontiac Tempest styling of 1963.
I'm not clear on whether this is simply a pre-production mockup or was rendered in metal.
