Mitsubishi Fuso Canter Guts

This has obviously been altered from the original. In what ways? Is the background false or the "rear view window" fake?
-
I don't know why you keep repeating that on my contributions... A lot of pictures on here are clearly altered in order to avoid image search by point hunters (see Otto Puzzell's post here (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/news-information-and-feedback/tools-to-battle-google's-search-by-image/)) and from my understanding we are allowed to blur certain obvious background details such as text. If I left that text on, the origin of the truck would be instantly revealed. If a moderator thinks this is not allowed please feel free to chime in.
The structure of this truck or the rear window has not been altered in any way. Here is the original picture if you're so curious... with blurred badges so the puzzle won't be completely ruined. And I don't know why you keep asking about the background, isn't the vehicle the main subject? As long as it's intact I don't see the problem.
@Bill Not a Mitsubishi Fuso.

On a previous puzzle, I wasted an hour of my life searching based on a background that had been altered without a warning. And no apology was forthcoming.
I agree with the logic of avoiding search by image - but I feel a warning is in order when it can be misleading

I think there's a difference between background alterations which are intentionally misleading (replacing a background with one of a different time or location) and those which are necessary either to remove obvious give-aways or to defeat reverse-image search engines. While the former is akin to reversing a LHD car to RHD and vice versa (and should be prohibited), there's nothing wrong with the latter. I didn't see the previous puzzle, so I can't comment on it. However, I agree with Wendax and Carnut that the alterations made here seem perfectly fine.

This looks like a Chinese version of the Nissan Atlas F24/NT400 Cabstar. By DongFeng?
