Yes, another point for you. Zarya - "Заря" (dawn).
SARB - САРБ (Северодонецкая Авторемонтная База) from Lugansk region, Ukraine, USSR. The car was presented May 1, 1966, designed by J. Andros.(Ю. Андрос) and others. Two-door version had weighed 1100kg at length 5050mm. Made 4 (?) cars.

Not quite like Dostoevski, but here it goes:
Zarya passenger car (1966)
It is considered that a plastic passenger car designed at SARB in 1966, first shown to public during a May 1 demonstration as Zarya, was an attempt of Severodonetsk designers to widen a range of cars after a successful Start debut. In reality work on this car has begun a couple years before the idea of building a microbus was born. N. Parafenko, a young amateur car builder, was living in a city next to Severodonetsk, Svatovo. In 1960 he applied plastic bodypanels to one of his cars. The car has quickly become famous in Lugansk region, and director of Rubezhnoe city electric power network V.R.Miller has come up with an idea of building a plastic car for himself. Top officials at SARB have been Miller's friends, so it has become a place where the project has started. The car has attracted A.S.Antonov's interest, but the work on Start has already begun, so the 'private' car project has been forgotten for a while. After Start cars have been put into production, Miller's project has been revived. Nowadays this car is known as a second SARB prototype - Zarya. Shown off to public and press, the car, as initially planned, ended up in Miller's hands, being registered in GAI /road police/ as Novinka. Not many people know that owing to Parafenko's enthusiasm this body matrix was used not only for Miller's Zarya (Novinka), but for 11 more plastic bodies for amateur car builders in Lugansk region.

What was the mechanical basis?

What was the mechanical basis?
SARB "Zarya" used the chassis and engine of the GAZ-21 Volga.
Was made and four-door version of this car (perhaps, photos not preserved).
