The problem with Chinese (mandarin) is that transliteration into the Roman alphabet is a hit and miss process - eg Dong feng/Tung feng.  Translation is also hit and miss eg East Wind/Dawn Wind.  So similar names in 'English' may be the same in Chinese

The correct compass direction - part of the name - was mentioned in one of the answers above...
You wanna be the man, you gotta Name That Car!

Whoever styled it was a real master...I see echoes of a 1957 Ford, a 1958 Studebaker, a 1956 Chevrolet, and a 1958 Ford...the single headlight version even has some Rambler overtones in the grille...the guy coulda worked for George Barris...

But I'm lost for a name...

There is something of "Japanese" related to Feng-Huang\Phoenix\Shangai?

I got that, but is "Japanese" the adjective you told before or something like "east" ? And the part mentioned before was again "east" or Feng-Huang\Whattehelll\Phoenix\Shangai?

There is a tie-in with what Japan is often referred to as. With that name in mind, the East takes on a specific characteristic.
