I think Lombardi was (a lot) bigger, because it is a lot better known.

I did a quick Google search for this specific car but was not able to find it on the net (which is by no means a guarantee that it is not 'out there' somewhere). 
However, other creations from this coachbuilder can be easily found on internet.
