He talks about his year at Minardi, the technical staff, being a backmaker, his year in F3000 at Astromega, his Nissan year, about certain drivers, and the reason of his low cokpit position and his testing role in Renault for 2002.

Rob Smedley, now Massa's race engineer,  was the fellow who looked after Alonso at Astromega. It is interesting to hear Alonso's thoughts on the Astromega engineers.
