PAssy-Thellier cars were built between 1903 and 1907 in Seine, not a 7-letter maker, but also known as Mendelssohn because E.G. Mendelssohn, one of the directors, was of the same family of composer Felix Mendelssohn.

I have a 7 letter name for this car, although there is very limited information about it and I'm not 100% sure that the name is correct, (the name does translate to an advertising term) and there are no references online or in any of my books just the picture and a small article in an old magazine, although the article was written by a recognised authority on vintage cars.

The address given on the advert for the car is the same address as Mendelssohn & Cie and Passy-Thellier so it seems as if it is either a re-branded Mendelssohn or a Passy-Thellier.

I'm not really sure what to do with this one, whether to reveal the car and give points to pnegyesi and PJ, or see if anyone has any ideas/information?

I would never have guessed Passy-Thellier without your question and I do not deserve a point becaue I just expressed your guess in a different form.  ;)

A forgotten puzzle.

I'm not sure what to do with this, it has me puzzled which was not the plan!

Here is a scan of the original text from the magazine... Who gets the point, or is this still a mystery?
