It's a three wheel motor scooter built by Rudy Makela at the Indianapolis Power Hammer Works in 1955 - powered by an air-cooled single-cylinder 6.6hp engine. "Production planned soon" priced at around $550. It was tested at Indy where it averaged 85 MPG and 15 MPH. An earlier version appeared at the Indianapolis Custom auto show in 1953.
