« on: April 10, 2016, 04:36:53 PM »
I don't know the answer...but if you know the name of the coachbuilder of this Fiat 1100/103 and you can give a proof you'll get a point.

Yes, BL 13700, about August-September 1957.

I don't think so...the back is completely different and the side doors too.

I don't think it is.  It's a conventional saloon car with a boot whilst the puzzle car is a station wagon; also I don't see any roof bars on your picture and it has a fuel cap on the LH rear side which is absent on the puzzle car.

I think three and a half years with the Pro's is long enough (and nearly one and a half years since the last post, which never received a reply!) so I'm moving this to the new Masters Puzzlers board...

We finally have the answer to this puzzle.
We formed a small task force to make 'visure' on obscure plates and the results are very interesting. It's a joint effort. Stay tuned (again).

And here is the answer: a Fiat 1100 I (Industriale) with coachwork by Ghia, from 1957!

Of course you are right and you well deserve a point.  It's actually very interesting to know that an important coachbuilder such as Ghia, used a 1100 Industriale base to realize this sort of Limousine.
