Sorry Enzo, I didn't mean for you to give up on this one as you are making good progress. It's just that personally I get a bit frustrated by geographical questions, particularly when I am not 100% certain myself which countries are in which economic zones, regions, etc.
Anyway, please feel free to carry on your good work with this puzzle by asking questions, as once you find the right country, finding the correct solution to this car will become much easier
