It was called "Alfa Romeo Sportwagen" at a 1950 German post war fair:
I realize this is a post-war photo, but the man in the leather trench coat looks like a villain from an Indiana Jones film.

The car is a German Eigenbau by Fritz Weinhold from Hamburg  based on an Alfa Romeo Spezial Roadster with a 2.5 L Alfa Marino engine from 1949 The chassis was from a Mercedes 170V. Germam ace Georg Meier did some demonstration laps during the 1949 Hamburger Stadtpark Rennen.
