Never seen it before. It is from prewar Berlin, telling by the number plates. And I would say that it is a private
Eigenbau
on an older chassis taking into regard the high waistline compared to the car behind.

It says KAJOT which is just the long form of the initials KJ and stands for the company owners Kohnen and Jöring. The other word is Kleidung which means clothing. So this is an advertising automobile.
