I think that's the Bentley Mk.VI Special made by for Martin Trentham in the 1970s. As built it looked much more like a C type Jaguar and  the conversion was done by Alan Padgett in the early 1970s.
If so it's a repost of  NEH 5363
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

I don’t know much more; it’s a forward of HRG 1500 "Pasted" with a back of maybe a frogeye .
 I don’t know if it’s a prototype factory or an artisanal one-off !
1 point for Djetset !  :)

Oophs, sorry Saco, I’d forgotten about the lock but I appreciate the point as I was struggling to find any additional information about this HRG. The rear end of the car looks like it's been taken from an Austin-Healey Sprite 'Frogeye'!
