Just a few thoughts, not sure though:
A is an aftermarket Chinese dragon fitted onto some tasteless neoclassic car.
B is an aftermarket football player.
D is an aftermarket Welsh dragon.

A Indeed is attached to some neoclassic car, but I couldn't find the same shaped dragon in other cars.
B Maybe, but is related to the car brand
D I don't know, but I've only seen it in this car

Regarding F: "Kewpie dolls" were popular aftermarket mascots around 1913/14, built for example by the Gus Balzer Company of New York City. So I guess it is just another one that is not specific for any car brand.

Based on your questioning, I made another research and that's what I've found out:

A. Chinese mascot for this Neoclassic car
B. After market hood ornament that fitted on Rugby Motor car
C. Original Praga Car hood ornament
D. After market not related but fitted on 1951 Jaguar Mark V
E. Original hood ornament, (3d version of the logo)
F. After market hood ornament that fitted on Baby Cid motor car
G. After Market hood ornament that fitted on Cottin et Desgouttes
H. Original hood ornament of the Delfin by Julio Fuste
I. After Market hood ornament that fitted on Gardner Serpollet

So I'll keep open for the original market mascot and reveal the others.

E: You have confirmed that the vehicle with a Centaur as mascot is not French but related. UNIC had the centaur mascot but it's French. Was it a brand from another country that built UNIC cars under license?

Maybe the answer was confused. The french reference was to the "I" car.

But the reated French brand is not Georges Richard/Unic?

E it's not french

This is not a car, it's a truck. It was built simultaneously in USA and Canada. For 28 years
