#2 made the mechanic parts, including chassis. The body was built in the company owned by #3 (which is not an automobile manufacturer)
#1 is an Italian company/design firm that designed the vehicle#2 is a race car driver who built the chassis and mechanical components for the vehicle#3 is the owner the company that built the body (and is involved in motorsports, but not F1)
