This is certainly not the Sabra logo. This "S" was only used on those fake center lock hubcaps of the Sabra Sport cars which didn't have wire wheels (no "S" on those). And even these cars had the real Sabra logo with the cactus up front:

Maybe you're right. Some car brands have an alternative logo. I know the Sabra cars logo has a cactus in it, I took it from a 1961 Sabra Sport Roadster hubcap.
